J&J Completes First Fleet of CNG Trucks →

J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers, a manufacturer of dump bodies, trailers, oil and gas field equipment, and custom transportation solutions, announced the completion of 11 commercial tri-axle dump bodies that will be fueled by compressed natural gas (CNG). The owner of the trucks, Michael Forte of MJF Materials located in Lindenwold, N.J., purchased the Peterbilt trucks from Hunter Peterbilt and the CNG tanks from d-HYBRID Systems.  Click for more...

Now it announced a new feature for Sitelink3D, the HT-30 haul truck module. The system features a small, portable GPS-enabled control box that mounts into the truck cab. Terex Trucks Launches Tier IV Final Compliant Articulated Haulers in North America →

Terex Trucks has announced that a range of articulated haulers that meet the requirements of new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Tier IV Final emissions regulations will be available in North America beginning July 2014. The 33 ton (30 t) Terex TA300 hauler will be available initially, with the 44 ton (40 t) TA400 entering production in August. The association started in 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio, as the Truck Equipment & Body Distributors Association with six member companies. In 1978, the growing association moved to its current headquarters in suburban Detroit, the heart of the nation’s automotive industry. With a net 325 HP (242 kW), the HM300 is powered by a Komatsu SAA6D125E-7 engine which is EPA Tier IV Final emissions certified. The Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America Inc. (MFTA) Canter FE130 work truck boosts GVWR and body/payload capacity by 700 lb. (317.5 kg) over the previous FE125 model.
