Contractors Sales Company Inc., of Albany, NY, has announced that it has added the Terex truck lineup for its customers in Albany and in the lower Hudson Valley.

The bulk of the inventory that Contractors Sales purchased in the articulated truck category consists of the TA30 30-ton (27 t) articulated truck, and many of these already are available for rent.

“The 30-ton trucks are the ideal size for contractors in upstate New York,” said Steve Seaboyer, of Contractors Sales. “We acquired the Terex truck lineup to respond to the needs of our customers, who felt that they needed another alternative in the rental of articulated trucks. Terex trucks match up very well with their Link-Belt excavators and their Kawasaki loaders that they use in various applications across the state.”

In addition to being the dealer for the articulated and rigid frame trucks, Contractor Sales will have parts available for Terex scrapers, and its mechanics are receiving factory service training so that they can handle any of the repair requirements on Terex equipment.

In addition to the Terex, Contractors Sales also sells Link-Belt excavators, Liebherr construction equipment, CMI trash masters, Kawasaki wheel loaders, Dynapac compactors, Etnyre low-boy trailers, Rammer hammers, Rawson screening plants, Midland road wideners and Tamrock drills.
